Our highly trained Career Coaches can help you in the following areas:

Career Assessment & Planning:
  • Clarify what career satisfaction means to you: your values, interests and work preferences.
  • Research and evaluate the career options that would meet your needs.
  • Identify any barriers to career change, and develop strategies to overcome them.
Work Issues:
  • Develop your communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Evaluate work transition opportunities and setbacks.
  • Adjust to your new job.

Executive Job Search:

  • Develop your strategy for a high-level job search
  • Craft self-marketing materials and messages
  • Learn how to negotiate job offers and get off to a fast start in your new job.
Re-Careering After 50:

Think beyond retirement using ideas from the popular book 2 Young 2 Retire, exploring the
ongoing meaning and role of work in your life.
 
Career Coaching is available to anyone who is looking for career guidance. Coaching is $100 per
session. Typically, 3-5 sessions are required. There will be an additional one-time materials fee of
$15 per test for those clients interested in taking either the The Myers Briggs Type Indicator
(MBTI) or Strong Interest Inventory Profile assessments. Interpretations of these tests will be
included in the regularly hourly fee.
