Raul came to JVS determined to build a career in healthcare that would help his family. He enrolled in the EXCEL Medical Administrative training program and went to UCSF to explore his internship options.

That’s where he met Yasmeen, another JVS EXCEL program alumni and Practice Manager at UCSF. She now hosts and hires JVS interns like Raul and provides mentorship to incoming staff.
