After serving overseas in the military, Charles moved to the Bay Area in 2021 ready to start his civilian career. His years as a full-time student left a significant career gap in his work history, so he came to JVS’s Job Search Accelerator program to build his job search and application skills. Now, he works full time at Airbnb, where he was recently promoted to the position of IT Analyst Team Lead.
