Doug is responsible for overseeing and providing strategic direction for the finance functions at JVS. He is currently leading an effort to deploy funding in ways that maximize returns and increase the number of participants served, and to update financial information systems to improve the related reporting. He is also responsible for leading the annual budget process. He has over thirty years of nonprofit accounting experience with a variety of organizations, including two decades with the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching, where he served as Treasurer and Controller.
