Dylan leads the Program Enrollment Team and oversees building and maintaining systems for program operations. Dylan is passionate about human-centered design, uplifting participant voices, and creating accessible systems and supports for staff and participants. He brings over 17 years of experience working in nonprofits dedicated to workforce development, supporting foster youth, and advocating for LGBTQIA+ populations.
