Paolo brings over ten years of human resources experience to the Chief of Staff and Human Resources Director position at JVS. His background includes leading the human resources and operations strategy and implementation for a team of 150, managing the COVID-19 health and safety response efforts at a K12 educational nonprofit, and being the second employee at a startup location. With experience in the private sector and nonprofit sectors, Paolo approaches human resources by collaborating with colleagues to create and implement strategies and processes that help improve employee experience for all staff. Paolo holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications as well as a M.A. and B.A. in History.
