Before connecting with JVS, Ana knew she wanted to work in tech, but she had difficulty finding an affordable training program to help her get started. When her friend recommended she apply to a no-cost JVS program, Ana took the opportunity to join an IT Support Training cohort. She loved the broad scope of IT work and the variety of skills involved in tech careers, and she completed the IT Support Training in 2022, followed by the IT Support Advancement program in 2023. Now, Ana works with Airbnb as an IT Support Analyst alongside fellow JVS alum Charles, and she is continuing to develop her skills in tech through JVS’s Cybersecurity Advancement Training program.
