As Director of Program Design at JVS, Dorit brings over 20 years of national and international experience spearheading innovative initiatives aimed at bridging gaps and addressing barriers that hinder communities from achieving economic self-sufficiency. With an MPH from the City University of New York, Dorit applies her multisector experience in health, adult education, and economic development to innovate, design and lead JVS programs that enhance employability and advance careers.
