As Assistant Director of Programs at JVS, Dorit brings 17 years of national and international experience spearheading innovative initiatives aimed at bridging gaps and addressing barriers that hinder communities from achieving economic self-sufficiency. With a Master's degree in Public Health from the City University of New York, Dorit applies her multisector experience in health, adult education, and economic development to design and lead JVS programs that enhance employability and advance careers.
