In her role as Chief Strategy Officer and member of JVS’s Executive Management Team, Bekka leads JVS’s strategic planning and supports the agency’s growth and impact through: opportunity and market analysis, trend forecasting, employer engagement and business development, developing new programs and strategic partnerships, and agency goal setting. With over 14 years of experience in nonprofit management, education and training, and outcomes-based program evaluation, Bekka brings a diverse set of experiences ranging from direct-service and teaching to more strategic roles in program management and business development. She believes passionately in the Jewish value of “Tikkun Olam” (“repair the world”), and has dedicated her professional career to advancing economic and social justice.
