In her role as Chief Strategy Officer and member of JVS’s Executive Management Team, Bekka leads JVS’s strategic planning and supports the agency’s growth and impact through: labor market and trend forecasting and analysis, new program development and incubation, business development and employer engagement, development and evaluation of strategic partnerships, and continuously monitoring and updating strategic plans. With over 13 years of experience in nonprofit management, education and training, and outcomes-based program evaluation, Bekka brings a diverse set of experiences ranging from direct-service and teaching to more strategic roles in program management and business development. She believes passionately in the Jewish value of “Tikkun Olam” (“repairing the world”), and has dedicated her professional career to advancing economic and social justice.
