After immigrating from Japan to the U.S., Hiromi was in search of a new career that would help her build economic mobility in her new home country. She enrolled in JVS’s Foundations in Dental Assisting training program and connected with Young Dental San Francisco as part of the program’s internship offering.

Now, Hiromi works full time as a Dental Assistant and is building a new career that she loves.
