Danielle Scheper is the Director of Participant Success at JVS. Danielle possesses eighteen years of experience working with transitional age youth, including populations most disconnected from education and employment: Foster, pregnant and parenting, justice system involved, immigrant, English Language Learners, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC youth, and youth with disabilities. Danielle also has thirteen years of experience coordinating and managing programs. This includes program development, launch, refinement and scaling. Danielle possesses a BA in Biology from UC Santa Cruz.
