Dylan brings over 17 years of experience in workforce development and social impact, guiding high-performing teams and building accessible, human-centered systems that uplift participant and staff voices. A member of the Executive Management Team, he is a motivating and data-driven leader who collaborates with community, government, and employer partners to deliver innovative programs that expand opportunity for JVS participants.
