Jim Dowling has been with JVS since 2015. He has been promoted multiple times and has held the following positions - Job Search Instructor, Senior Training Coordinator, Technology Training Manager and currently as Assistant Director for the Adult Training team. Prior to joining JVS he was a Lead Facilitator for the Life’s Work Center and had his own business called Change with Purpose Coaching. He worked with people looking to live and work more purposeful lives. Jim has also been involved with nonprofits such as Community Boards of San Francisco and Nonviolent Peaceforce supporting the development of new paradigms for resolving conflict at both the community and global level.
