Luba leads communications and marketing at JVS Bay Area. Before joining in early 2022, she spent eight years leading communications at Community Vision Capital & Consulting, a California-based CDFI working to advance community ownership of community assets.

Luba is deeply committed to amplifying diverse voices in the realm of social change and community-driven initiatives. Her expertise covers various aspects of her field, with a strong focus on branding and asset-based communications. Her approach is firmly rooted in community-centered principles, reflecting her dedication to creating positive change, both locally and globally.

She holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration with a specialization in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and a BA in International Studies from the University of Oregon.
