Automotive Pathway Program

About the Program

Rev up your career in the Automotive industry with the JVS Automotive Pathway Program! We have partnered with top-notch community partners at the community college level to bring you an exceptional opportunity for high-quality technical education. Our program is specially designed to equip you with the basic technical Automotive skills to start a career in the automotive industry. From applying to interviewing, we’ve got you covered, ensuring you land positions within the Automotive industry that offer opportunities for advancement and economic mobility.

Program Details

  • The 18-week online training run by JVS and CCSF is September 30 – December 4
  • Trainings are Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30-11AM
  • Participants will earn the EPA 690 certification
  • Upon successful completion of the training program, participants will be eligible for 160 hours of internship with industry employers via JVS

Eligibility

  • Must be a resident of the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Must be 18-28 years of age and interested in securing meaningful employment with opportunities for economic growth
  • Must be able to provide a U.S. high school diploma, GED, or equivalency with translation
  • Should have a valid legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must be available and present for the entire duration of the program
  • Must be enrolled in the Auto 50 course
  • Must have a Valid CA driver’s license
